1.1 How to place an order on Raissalia?
To place an order, browse our online store, select the desired products, add them to your cart, and then click the "Order" button.
1.2 Can I modify or cancel my order after I have confirmed it?
We process orders quickly. Contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, the order cannot be modified or canceled.
1.3 How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

France: 3-5 business days. Europe: 5-10 days. Other countries: up to 15 days.

You have 14 days to return an unused product in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
